Whoops, forgot to blog the other day. Anyways, the weather is getting a lot more interesting. We're actually getting some snow, and we could be getting a substantial amount. Currently, it's 26 degrees and clear, with winds coming from the West at 4 mph. Interestingly enough, the bulk of jet stream is pushing right through Eau Claire County, which will bring in cold air from the continential polar air mass. While the doppler radar depicts some precipitation to our immediate West, it appears as if it is too far south to really affect the Eau Claire area. However, there is currently a large storm system in the pacific ocean, which, in combination with cooler air from the jet stream, could unleash a large amount of snow in the Midwest. I'm really hoping for some snow.
