Oddly enough, Eau Claire has seen similar weather conditions for the past week. Today was no exception, as the area hosted cloudy skies and temperatures hovering just around the upper 30s. Following the trend of the past few days, the wind speed was a slow 6 mph out of the Northeast. Really boring weather, if you ask me. I want to see some precipitation. Right now, however, it's late at night as I type this, and the conditions have changed somewhat. The clouds have cleared up completely. For tomorrow, I predict colder temperatures to occur as the low cloud cover allows the surface to lose its latent heat.
