Snow at last! Well, the Eau Claire area received a modest amount of snow today, about a half an inch. The current temperature is 26 degrees, and winds are coming out of the south at 5 mph. I don't expect this snow to last that long, though. Currently, the surface maps on weather.com illustrate how a variety of warm fronts are surrounding the midwest, so we may be in for some warmer weather tomorrow.
