The weather today was cold and windy. Although the temperature was approximately 19 degrees, it felt far colder with the 17 mph winds from the North. I did not observe any precipitation, but my roommate informed me that he saw some light snow flurries. Given the current conditions, I do not believe him. While the surface map below depicts 75% cloud coverage near Eau Claire county, I must note that I did not observe any clouds in  the sky. With the illustrated pressure readings and circular wind directions, it is clear that there is a low pressure system located right over lake Michigan.For tomorrow, I predict slightly colder weather with no precipitation.
